Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Riggle's AI-powered experimentation platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Riggle provides an AI-powered personalization platform that automatically selects and delivers page content variations to your visitors through reinforcement learning. Riggle does not perform analytics; it integrates with your existing analytics stack to read aggregated performance metrics that inform personalization.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes maintaining accurate privacy and cookie disclosures on your website, obtaining any consent required for the cookie our SDK sets, and complying with applicable law for any analytics you collect through your own analytics stack. Compliance with local laws is solely your responsibility. You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

To deliver personalization, our SDK sets a single cookie containing a random identifier with no personal information, used only to keep each visitor's assigned page experience consistent. We do not collect or store visitor analytics, behavioral data, or personally identifiable information. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Riggle and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. By using the Service, you grant Riggle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, logo, and trademarks for marketing and promotional purposes, including identifying you as a Riggle customer. If you are an agency or service provider using the Service on behalf of your clients, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions from such clients to allow Riggle to similarly use their names and logos in its promotional materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Riggle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
